To access the NJ Legislature site:
- Go to http://www.njleg.state.nj.us
- Click on Statutes
- At the bottom of the screen, you will see a white box next to the SEARCH button. Type "Worker and Community Right to Know Act" in the box (include the quotes)
- Click on the Search button.
- Click on 34:5A-1. Short Title to view the NJ Worker and Community Right to Know Act
